Rickmansworth Aquadrome to Harefield circular hike

Rating: 3.4 / 5

Distance: 5.8 miles

I parked at the free car park at Rickmansworth Aquadrome for this hike. Please note this car park closes after 6pm in winter months, and 9:30pm in the summer period.

I visited both lakes at the aquadrome before heading south to Stockers Lake. On the way to Stockers Lake there was a field with a whole bunch of cows in it, including some cute calves hanging next to the fence.

I got to see the Grand Union Canal and then headed along the Hillingdon trail towards the outskirts of Harefield. On route I got to see a bunch of horses before I descended down into Batchworth and back to Rickmansworth Aquadrome.

Rickmansworth is easily accessible on the Metropolitan Line of the London Underground for people wanting to do this hike via public transport. The station is not too far from the Aquadrome.
