A cracking hike along the Grand Union Canal - from Rickmansworth Railway station to Hemel Hempstead's old town.

This is one of the nicer stretches of the Grand Union Canal I would say due to there being nice views and points of interest on the way. I can say that as I have previously cycled the entirety of this canal up on a trip to Birmingham.

Several points of interest were visited along the way, including the lakes at Rickmansworth Aquadrome, Croxley Moors, River Gade, Cassiobury Park, Hunton Bridge's church & Hemel Hempstead's old town.

Rickmansworth is easily accessible on the metropolitan line of the London Underground, and Hemel Hempstead is also connected on the railway line to London. I however managed to grab a lift home from my dad from Hemel which was handy
