London to Portsmouth - Part 5 - Thursley Common to Midhurst hike

The fifth day I hiked to Devils Punchbowl which was a big highlight of the trip - even though it was very wet. I then hiked to Hazlemere - where I had a great pub lunch.

Afterwards I went via Blackdown - another stunning area. I arrived at Midhurst as it was getting dark. I checked out the Cowdray Ruins in the town.

There is accommodation in Midhurst. However, my dad again gave me a lift to the caravan park that we were staying in near Chichester for the last four days of this adventure.
