Baker Street to Limehouse Basin

Rating: 3.8 / 5

Distance: 13 miles

A nice hike in London - via Regents Park, Regents Canal, Camden, Islington, Stratford, Ex - Olympic Stadium, Three Mills and Limehouse Basin.

The limehouse cut at end was direct but not very interesting at all. The actual basin was very nice though with the train bridges and all the boats. I would recommend if you want to do this hike to maybe carry on after Three Mills to Greenwich (via the Tunnel under the Thames) instead of going along the Limehouse cut. However, I have not done this route so can't comment on that part. I also have another route that goes via Greenwich so did not want to visit the same place twice!

The Regent's Canal was very enjoyable, I went on a Thursday and it was pretty busy. I could imagine on weekends there would be lots more people walking along the towpath.
